On this tour you’ll hear a range of stories including of a witch in the North End who had a connection to the Salem Witch Trials. You’ll also learn about how a scoundrel (and former resident of the neighborhood) employed by the British government relates to the Boston Massacre. Throughout the 1-mile route, we’ll explore narrow alleys, see the almost 400-year-old North Square, and catch a great view of Boston Harbor.
The tour starts 1 block from Paul Revere’s House, 2 blocks from Quincy Market and Faneuil Hall, and 3 blocks from the Boston Public Market. The route is entirely in Boston’s Little Italy. The neighborhood is right next to Downtown, Beacon Hill, and the Financial District. The tour begins at the Old Sumner Tunnel Administration Building at North Street Park. The address is 128 North Street, Boston, MA 02109.
